Obituary of Mark Mollica

Mark Anthony Mollica, 50, of Mt. Pocono, died Wednesday, November 9 at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan, NY. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late John N. and Marie (D'Angelo) Mollica. Mark Anthony was a hairdresser and the owner of Mark Anthony Salon in Pocono Pines. He gained his reputation as an innovator and consummate professional. He has worked with the Ford Model Agency, the Elite Model Agency, and has contributed his artistry to numerous shootings with famous photographers and designers from all over the world. He was an EMT with the Monroe County Advanced Life Support and the Barrett Township Ambulance. He is survived by a brother, Matthew Mollica and his wife, Anna of Allentown; two sisters, Corrinne Mollica of Staten Island, NY, Donna Billotti-Kerrick and her husband John of Pocono Lake; two nieces, Donna Marie Billotti of Pocono Lake, Kristina Mollica of Allentown, and a nephew, John Nicholas Mollica of Allentown. The Reverend Father John Boyle will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12 at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Pocono Pines. Interment will follow at the Moravian Cemetery in Staten Island, NY. There will be a visitation on Friday, November 11 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
