Obituary of Nelly Ioannidis

Nelly Ioannidis, 80, of Stroudsburg, and formerly of Pocono Summit, died Sunday, January 15 at Brookmont Healthcare Center in Effort. She was the wife of Nicholas Ioannidis, to whom she was married for 45 years. Born in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Levis. She was a talented seamstress who worked for Sax Fifth Avenue in New York City for over 30 years as the head fitter. She moved to the Poconos in 1974. She was of the Catholic faith. There will be no services at this time. Cremation services are entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home, routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
