Obituary of Charles Gross

Charles E. Gross, Jr., 42, of Bartonsville, died unexpectedly on February 14, 2006 at home. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Hendershot) Gross. Charles was self-employed in the contracting business. He was a member of the Tri-County Vets Club (a Corvette club) and played drums for the "Dirty Business" Band. In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by a son, William Langdon of East Stroudsburg; three daughters, Roxanne Langdon, Audriana Langdon, and April Gross all of Bartonsville; one sister, Dawn Gross of Ashley; mother and step-father, Irlene and Cloyd Miller of Ashley; father and step-mother, Charles E. and Clara Gross of Cresco; and maternal grandmother, Naomi Price of Cresco. The Reverend John Charnock will conduct a funeral service at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 16 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. There will be a viewing at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation will follow the service.
