Obituary of Charles Falisi
Charles Patrick Falisi, 70, of Swiftwater, died February 14, 2006 at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. He was the loving husband of Faustina Rose (Caleca) Falisi, to whom he was married for 49 years.
Born in New York, New York, he was the son of Sarah (Culotta) Falisi and the late Rosario Falisi.
Charles was last employed as a salesman in the insurance industry. He was a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus of Assembly #980 in Stroudsburg.
Charles moved to the Swiftwater area to surround himself with his family, whom he loved dearly. He also loved music and had a beautiful voice. He will be sadly missed by all of his family who loved him very much.
In addition to his wife and mother, Charles is survived by two daughters, Teresa Cefali and her husband Frank of Swiftwater, Tina Marie Perrine and her husband Jay of Cresco; five grandchildren: Jennifer Hart, Austin Rice, Jay Perrine,II, Joseph Cefali and Tiana Cefali; great-granddaughter Victoria Hart; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, Salvatore, John and Anthony.
The Reverend Father Daniel Toomey will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, February 18 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in East Stroudsburg. Entombment will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery in Stroudsburg. .
There will be a viewing from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
