Obituary of Ralph Bredesen

Ralph "Bill" Bredesen, 69, of Arrowhead Lakes, died Sunday, August 28 at home. He was the husband of Joan (Kleinfeld) Bredesen. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Frijof and Inga (Paulsen) Bredesen. He was a veteran of the United States Marines. In addition to his wife, Joan, he is survived by two sons, William J. Bredesen and his wife Donna of Jackson, New Jersey, Vincent J. Messina and his wife Carol of Staten Island, New York; a daughter, Margaret Ann Khchaf and her husband Mike of Essex, Maryland; sister, Grace Cullom of Cobleskill, New York; seven grandchildren, Kaitlain Marie and Brian Bredesen, Ismail and Jasmine Khchaf, Vincent J., Nicholas, and Anthony Messina; two nephews, Jay and Steve Cullom; a niece, Christine Von Linden; and all of his special friends, especially "J.J." John Johnson, of Arrowhead Lakes. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, August 31 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. Cremation services will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 500 University Drive, Hershey, Pa. 17033
