Obituary of Ellen Conroy

Ellen P. Conroy, 57, of Canadensis, died Friday, December 26 at home. She was the wife of William E. Conroy. Born in Patterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Jane (McClinton) Schwarzenbach. She was a graduate of Saddlebrook High School in Saddlebrook, New Jersey. Ellen was employed at Pampered Paws Pet Shop in Canadensis. She also worked for many years at the Mountainhome Candle Shop in Mountainhome. She was a member of St. Bernadette's Roman Catholic Church in Canadensis. In addition to her husband, William E. Conroy, she is survived by a son, William John Conroy of Aspen, Colorado; two brothers, John Schwarzenbach and his wife Barbara, of Pennlyn and Edward Schwarzenbach and his wife Carol, of North Carolina. There will be a viewing on Monday, December 29 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. The Reverend Father David Cramer will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30 at St. Bernadette's Church in Canadensis. Private cremation will follow at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory in Paradise Valley.
