Obituary of Genevieve Williams

Genevieve F. Williams, 83, of Canadensis, died Monday morning, December 15 at home. She was the wife of the late Daniel W. Williams. Born in Catasauqua, she was the daughter of the late Bryan and Caroline (Reicker) Lauterborn. Genevieve enjoyed life and loved to listen to her son play with the band "Crawdaddy". She also liked being outdoors and was very artistic, making ceramics, crocheting and oil painting. Genevieve is survived by one son: Bryan Williams and his wife Lisa of Gouldsboro; three daughters: Judith Aulisio and her husband Teter of Madison Twp., Gayle Gorskey and her husband Richard of Stroudsburg, Dawn Batzel and her husband Harry of Chesapeake, VA; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and five nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Taco. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother: Jack Lauterborn. The Reverend George Alt will conduct a Memorial Service on Thursday, December 18 at 8:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 and 390, Paradise Valley. There will be a visitation from 7:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home. Private cremation will take place at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
