Obituary of Marilyn Nicholls

Marilyn Nicholls, 80, of Henryville, passed away on Friday, February 27 at the VNA Hospice House in East Stroudsburg, Pa. She was the wife of the late Elijah Nicholls. Born in Staten Island, New York, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Bertha (Torsney) McCormack. Before her retirement, she was the owner of the Cloud Crest Motel in Mt. Pocono. She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Nicholls and his wife, Rhonda of Henryville; two daughters, Patricia McWilliams and her husband Kevin of Tobyhanna, Lillian Dever and her husband Walter of Gouldsboro; daughter-in-law, Sandy Nicholls of Navarre, FL; one sister, Anita Kane of Andover, New Jersey; six grandchildren, Shane, Robin, and Jake McWilliams, all of Tobyhanna, Jordana Nicholls of Henryville, Kiersten and Ty Nicholls both of Navarre, FL; and two great grandchildren, Elijah McWilliams of Oklahoma and Leah McWilliams of Tobyhanna. She was preceded in death by two sons, Stephen and Gerald, and one sister, Mary Alice Kumph. There will be a viewing on Monday, March 2 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. A funeral service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Private interment will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pa.
