Obituary of Chester Romanowski

Chester J. Romanowski, 70, of Bartonsville, died Saturday, September 3 at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. He was the husband of Helen (Pilacinski) Romanowski. Born in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Barzyz) Romanski. Before his retirement, he was a cost accountant in the meat industry. In addition to his wife, Helen, he is survived by two sons, Cory Romanowki and his wife, Ann of Cresco, Chad Romanowski and his wife, Sherri of Queens; a daughter, Jamie LaGunausa of Queens, New York; two sisters, Theresa Spynick and Grace Schaffner, both of Queens; two grandchildren, Shawn and Nicole Romanowski of Queens, New York; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private. Cremation services are entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home, routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
