Obituary of Shannon Geiger

Shannon Rose Geiger, 32, of St. Thomas, Pa. and formerly of Pocono Summit, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 31 at home. Born in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of Charles and Linda (Bass) Geiger of Pocono Summit. Shannon was a graduate of Pocono Mountain High School. She was employed as an office clerk for Food Lion Supermarket. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Anthony and Chelsea Barre; her fiancee, Neal Warfield of St. Thomas; two sisters, Jaclyn and Evelyn Geiger; two nephews, Sheamus Clavey and Aiden Geiger; and several aunts and uncles. There will be a viewing from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. A Blessing Service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Private cremation will take place at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
