Obituary of Harlan Hineline
Harlan "Bud" T. Hineline, 81, of Henryville and formerly of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Sunday, July 20 at home. He was the husband of the late Carla Hineline.
Born in East Stroudsburg, he was the son of Levi and Mary Elizabeth (Ace) Hineline. Harlan was employed as a welder at Patterson-Kelley Co. in East Stroudsburg. In his earlier career, he was a truck driver for Moore Trucking, Inc. in Bath.
Harlan also lived in Daytona Beach, Florida for several years, where he worked for Thompson Pump Manufacturing.
He was a United States Army veteran who served in World War II.
He is survived by three sons; Harlan Hineline and his wife, LaVerne of Port Orange, FL, Richard Hineline and his wife Barbara, of Henryville, Walter Hineline and his wife, Christine of Oklawaha, FL; two daughters, Elizabeth Aumiller and her husband, Barry of Oklawaha, FL, Betty Hineline of Fayetteville, a step-daughter, Carol Widmer of Ocala, FL; a sister, Betty Staples of N.C.; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his third wife, Carla, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sara (Oney) Cramer, his second wife, Lorraine (Oyer) Hineline, a brother, Vernon Hineline, a sister, Nina Transue, and step-daughter, Doris Aumiller and her husband, David.
The Reverend Thomas Richards will conduct a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 24 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. Burial with military honors will follow at Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg. There will be a viewing from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
