Obituary of Edward Polyak

Edward M. Polyak, 76, of Pocono Lake, died Sunday, August 7 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Mary Nezlick Polyak who passed away on March 8, 2011. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Michael and Catherine (Dubas) Polyak. There will be a viewing on Saturday, August 13 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, Route 940 in Cresco. The Reverend Father Gregory Loughney will conduct a blessing service at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park in Elmhurst.
