Obituary of Frank Crysler

Frank X. Crysler, 66, of Pocono Summit, died Thursday evening, June 21 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in Smithfield Township. He was the husband of Margaret (Larkin) Crysler. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Frank was the son of the late Francis and Anne (Rock) Crysler. Frank served in the U.S. Army Reserves for six years. A devoted member of the Christian Life Assembly in Stroudsburg, he served on the Deacon Board for four years. In addition to his wife Margaret, Frank is survived by two sons, Gregory and Keith Crysler of Pocono Summit; one daughter, Jean Marie Porter and her husband Gregory of Belleville, NJ; one brother, Gregory Crysler of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; one grand-daughter, Camryn Porter of Belleville, NJ; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother: Joseph Crysler. The Reverend John Puleo will conduct a Memorial Service on Sunday, June 24 at 4:00 PM at the Christian Life Assembly, Route 209, Stroudsburg. Cremation Services were entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christian Life Assembly, RR13, Box 2168-A, Stroudsburg, Pa 18360.
