Obituary of Janice Mitchell

Janice I. Mitchell, 45, of Tobyhanna, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007 as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Scotrun. She was the wife of Craig Mitchell. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of Michael Frankel of Boynton, FL. and Marion (Schenker) Frankel of Danbury, CT. Janice was employed at the Crossroads in Bartonsville. In addition to her parents and husband, Craig, she is survived by a son, Judge Cameron Mitchell of Tobyhanna; two brothers, Paul Frankel of Pleasant Valley, NY, Steven Frankel of Parsippany, NJ; a sister, Gail Frankel of Secaucus, NJ; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing on Sunday, January 21 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. The Reverend George Alt will conduct a funeral service at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation is entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
