Obituary of Estelle Cora

Estelle (Pagan) Cora, 79, of Tobyhanna, died Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in Smithfield Twp. She was the wife of William R. Cora. Born in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of Epifaina (Ramoz) Ortiz of Kunkletown and the late Stephen Pagan. Estelle was a member of St. Ann's Church in Tobyhanna and of the PCP Seniors. In addition to her husband, Estelle is survived by a son William Cora, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY and a daughter Diana Donnelly and her husband James of Tobyhanna; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her siblings. There will be a viewing on Monday, July 6, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 and 390, Paradise Valley. The Reverend Father Richard Ghezzi will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 7 at St. Ann's Church on Main St. Tobyhanna. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa.
