Obituary of Earl Sell

Earl H. Sell, 35, of Henryville, passed away on Friday, October 8 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in East Stroudsburg. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Thomas P. Sell of Marlton, NJ and the late Robin (Hyde) Sell. Earl was raised by his grandmother and special mom, Janet Mandeville and the late Calvin Mandeville. Earl attended Pocono Mountain and Stroudsburg High School as well as the Monroe County Area Vocational Technical School. He was a Delta Chi Fraternity brother of the East Stroudsburg Chapter at East Stroudsburg University. Earl was also the Rangers team photographer for the Pocono Mountain Baseball League. He is survived by his father, Thomas and his wife, Stephanie Sell of Marlton, NJ; his brother, Jeffrey; several aunts and uncles, Aunt Dody Blank and her husband, Steve of Henryville, Uncle Earl Hyde and his wife, Suzanne Nydick of New Vernon, NJ, Uncle Robert Hyde and his wife Debbie, of California, MD; cousins, Stephen, Callan, and Amberlyn Blank of Henryville, Ashley and Christopher Hyde of Tewksbury, NJ, Gary Hyde, Brandie Lockhard and Robin Hyde of California, MD. There will be a visitation from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 10 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Cresco. The Reverend Father Bryan Wright will conduct a Blessing Service at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Private cremation was entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
