Obituary of Sean Dietz

Sean T. Dietz, 21, of Scotrun, died on Sunday, August 8, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Colorado Springs, CO, he was the son of Maureen (Morris) Dietz of Scotrun and the late Randall K. Dietz. A graduate of Pocono Mountain High School, Sean was employed at FHI Roofing and also worked part -time as a small engine motorcycle mechanic. Sean loved motorcycles and was scheduled to attend Universal Technical Institute in Florida this fall to become a motorcycle mechanic. He was kind hearted and soft spoken, the kind of son everyone dreams of having. In addition to his mother, Maureen, he is survived by a grandmother, Josephine Dietz of Wantage, New Jersey; Aunts and Uncles, Kathy and Kevin O'Brien, Patricia Morris, Timothy Morris, Tom and Mary Morris, Leslie Loeffler and Rodney Dietz, and Greg and Barry Dietz; cousins, Scott and Michele Sissman, Samantha Dietz, Andrew, Stacey, and Karen Dietz, and Tommy and Caroline Morris. He was preceded in death by his father, Randall Dietz, who passed away August 18, 2008. There will be a viewing on Sunday, August 15 from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. The Reverend Father John Boyle will conduct a Blessing Service at the funeral home at 4:30 p.m. Private cremation is entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
