Obituary of Dorothy Piper

Dorothy Piper, 79, of Canadensis, died Wednesday October 27, 2010 at Puget Sound Healthcare Center in Olympia, Washington. She was the wife of the late Leonard Piper. Born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Augresani) Libonati. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing bingo. She is survived by two daughters, Felicia Maszczak and her husband Eugene of Canadensis and Susan Wood and her husband Jim of Clifton, NJ; a son, John Piper and his wife Marilyn of Olympia, WA; 8 grandchildren; David, Michael, Gabrielle, Holly, Christian, Edward, Philip and Adam. She is predeceased by her two brothers; Joseph and John Libonati. The Reverend Father Michael Salnicky will conduct a Memorial Service on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 and 390, Paradise valley. There will be a visitation from 2-4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
