Obituary of Barbara Connelly

Barbara (Ryan) Connelly, 64, of Tobyhanna died Sunday, September 10th at the Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. She was the wife of Bob Connelly. Born in Bronx, NY she was the daughter of the late Martin and Noreen (McNicholas) Ryan. Prior to retiring, Barbara worked as a customer service representative in banking. She was a member of St. Ann's Church in Tobyhanna. In addition to her husband Bob, Barbara is survived by two daughters: Tara Donohue and her husband Jim of Tobyhanna and Christine Connelly and Michael Conlon of Pleasantville, NY; two sisters: Mary O'Donnell of Rockland County, NY and Madeline Ryan of Tobyhanna, several nieces and nephews and several grand-nieces and nephews. The Reverend Father Richard Ghezzi will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 15th at 10:00 am at St. Ann's Church in Tobyhanna. Interment will follow in St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx NY. There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 14th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390, Paradise Valley.
