Obituary of Elizabeth Osborne

Elizabeth J. Osborne, 79, of Mt. Pocono, died Tuesday, July 20 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in Smithfield Twp. Born in Laurel Run, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Marion (Maharty) Evans. Elizabeth worked as a seamstress for Maidenform before she started her family. She was of the Episcopalian Faith and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Elizabeth is survived by her two sons: Michael Osborne and his wife Allison of Paradise Valley and Patrick Osborne and his wife Tammie of Boardman, OH; two daughters: Jane Jobes and her husband Larry of Wantage, NJ and Marilyn Ciuppa and her husband Donald of Cozy Lake, NJ; one brother: Richard Evans of Blackstone, VA; four sisters: Marjorie Crawford of Mahwah, NJ, Dorothy Larkey of East Rutherford, NJ; Thelma Wiesneski of Morristown, NJ and Carol Samples of Tucson, AZ; four grandchildren: Michael Osborne, Jr., Reagan Osborne, Lyndsey Eagles and Emily Jobes; two great-grandchildren: Connor and Maya. Private cremation was entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
