My sympathies to the family. Steve's dad Ronnie was my cousin, his grandmother was my aunt Jenny. I last saw Steve in the 1960's while on vacation in Ohio. we traveled to the family cottage and as kids had lots of fun swimming, boating and just being kids. Condolences to the family. David S. We're so sorry to hear of Steve's untimely passing.Our thoughts and prayer are with you all. Love Jeff and Tracy I have very fond memories of my cousin, Steve, whether it was family gatherings at Tapan Lake, riding horses on our farm or visiting at Steve's house in the big city of Wintersville,Oh, Wow we always got pizza, they were some of the best times of my life. Thank you for sharing them with me, you will be truly missed Love Tracy

Patti, I was stunned to learn of Steve's untimely passing, I have know Steve for 10 years at Verizon and have enjoyed these years of friendship with him. Steve was the one person I could always call in time of trouble,however slight.He was so wise and understanding. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I lived across the street from Steve in Wintersville, OH. all through our childhood. We were like brothers. He was a true friend and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I am so sorry for Steve's passing, what a great guy he was. My prayers are with you all. Worked with him for about 9 years on TLS. He was the brain when it came to technology. Last time we saw each other was at a week long meeting in TX. There was a golf outing the day before and he and I shared a cart. It was a rainy, muddy day but we laughed all day not caring one bit. Steve was a no-nonsense guy. I remeber being in a meeting with Steve and an equipment vendor who had some PhD's telling us how great their device worked. Other Verizon folks were asking very technical questions. Steve had technical questions on hs mind as well, but saw something that everyone else was overlooking. So Steve finally got his turn and said "All thats stuff is great, but it won't work, and here's why...". That was Steve. One of those rare people that could see the forest and the trees. I will miss him in my life greatly.
