May you rest in peace Mrs. Eversen. Growing up I always felt that I had a second place to call home in Long Valley- and it was truly a second home u provided. No matter what time of day(or late night), we always had a meal, even clean clothes and some advice to keep us on the straight and narrow. I remember you folding laundry on the pool table trying to keep up with practically a football team of laundry and chores, but you would always stop what you were doing to make me feel welcome, get me a snack and just let me just be part of your gang for the day, or sometimes much longer. I remember the trips to Panther Lake in the big blue station wagon,all of Kevin's birthday parties u had at the house, u cheering at all our Raider football games. we may not have always been choir boys, but u never, ever had a bad word or were one to cast judgement. I miss those days and thank you for making me a part of your family- u will always be in my heart.
