My deepest sympathy is extended to Terry's family. I just heard of the news and at this difficult time may you find comfort in knowing that others share in your sorrow. The memory of Terry will always carry on when I think of the Monroe CAO and the good days when he was employed here. He is even etched into the bad times when 911 was happening and he was relaying from Carolyn what was happening. Terry will be missed by all who knew him!
