My sincere sympathy to the family of Warren Coffman. I knew him from shopping for many years at the Farmers' Market in Stroudsburg, always being sure to stop and chat even if I didn't get any mushrooms...which I did just about ALWAYS! He knew I usually stayed with the Crimini variety, although I did branch out occasionally , upon Warren's encouragement. Like many others, I always called him the "Mushroom Man" but this past Saturday, on my way out to go to my car, I stopped and asked him what his first name was...and he responded "Warren". It felt good to finally put a name to this kind soul who for so many years supplied our need and hunger for delicious and fresh mushrooms. On my way out, I replied to Warren, "Thanks, and bless you." When I looked in Wednesday's paper, I was shocked by what I saw and read, and oh so sad for the loss of such a precious spirit. Please know how much Bill and I grieve for your family, and we pray that you will find comfort in the many memories you have had over the years. I know that I will always be grateful for having known Warren, even incidentally, for the past few years. God bless him and everyone who had the pleasure of Warren's company for too short of time on Earth. We are assured that Warren is at rest with our Heavenly Father, finding eternal peace. We pray that you can sense God's presence, as He ministers to those left to mourn. Pam and Bill

The loss of a loved one , be it sibling, child or spouse is always pain filled. My prayers for the family as they work through their grief will focus on the goodness of God to provide, strength, comfort and peace. So sorry for your loss. Hank's sister died last month so grief is still fresh with us as well.
