JR was truly one of the greatest Uncle’s a guy could have. He truly was an inspiration to Elise and me and I know he and my father are “catching up” and rehashing old stories over cigars and Maker's Mark

To Maureen- I am sending you my deep condolences. All my prayers are with you and your family. Walter always made me smile much like every one who met him. I will miss him dearly, I am so glad I got to spend time with him this past December. My memories of Walter will be everlasting.

Walt was the kindest, most loving and fun man we ever knew. He was the best brother-in-law, Uncle, Great Uncle and friend to our family. We always knew he not only could help, he did help all of us. He will be missed by so many who loved him as much as we did. Thanks Walt for all you did for our family We love you and always will. Denise and Buddy

We lost a legend this past Friday and the stars in Texas didn't shine as bright that night. When Brandi married Brian; Maureen and Walter gained a Texas family. Everyone loves Walter Chawaga and his friends and family in Texas are no different. I was lucky enough to spend time with Walter and Maureen this past October and December and what fun we had clapping as Liam and Avery danced. I got to hear Walter's stories one last time, which I treasure. My prayers are with all of you as you grieve this remarkable man. I'm sure Poppy was waiting in Heaven; so he and Gigi could catch up on old times. Love to all, Leigh Ann Mussell
