I apologize to everyone for taking so long to write this. It has been rather tough losing someone so close to me and can finial put some words to it. I met Lourdes when I moved here 6 years ago and started working at Kone. I had always felt there was something about her; she could light up a room. Even after I left the company we stayed in contact, not losing the friendship we had, she was a very special person. I truly miss her every day, my prays go out to Mr & Mrs Iturrey. God Bless

I worked with Lourdes at KONE and always enjoyed speaking with her. Even though I work in Georgia and never met her in person, I could tell from the first time we spoke that she was such a sweet girl. She had such a professional attitude and was always appreciative when I helped her with something. Just such a nice person. I have been heartbroken since I got the news and have been praying for her friends and family. I pray that you all find peace at this time and know that Lourdes made such a great impression on so many people, even if she did not realize just how many people she touched.

Lourdes was a truly wonderful person who touched everyone's lives in such a positive uplifting way. You would never know she was going through rough patches or having issues, she always had a smile and a great attitude about work, life and everything in between. I knew her from working with her in Miami for KONE for about 2 years and we kept in pretty regular contact after I left. I spent Sunday and Monday in a complete fog and I feel so much sadness and feel for Tom, her family and all who knew her. You all are in my thoughts and prayers and Lourdes chica you are sincerely missed by so many people, God bless.

My deepest prayers and sympathy go out to your family. I work for the same company as Lourdes and only had a few correspondences with her but this has truly affected me. It is so heart breaking and I hope your family will heal in time, she seemed like a lovely woman...God bless.

I do not have any words that can express my sadness in your loss. Several years ago, I went down to the Miami Branch to assist in training Operations Coordinators for KONE and at that time Lourdes was in that position. After my visit, we still emailed keeping in touch. She was a dear sweet person and my prayers are with you daily.

I worked side by side with Lourdes as a Coordinator at Kone... she was an amazing individual someone with incredible drive and professionalism and at the same time she knew how to have fun. We had so many laughs together, shared stories, she was my chick flick buddy!!! She was obsessed with bacon, and chicken wings as well as a good bargain.. lol... and had the mouth of a sailor hahaha, but her good nature and wonderful spirit showed in everything she did... I love you Lola.. and I will miss you so much... I'll still think of you next to me on Chick Flick night.. :)

I am so incredibly sorry for your tragic and sad loss. Lourdes was an amazing person with a loving spirit, unending smile, and had a true way of making everyone feel loved. We are all saddened by this, and I cannot express how truly sorry I am for all of you. Heaven has received an angel. May God bless you and keep you all during this difficult time. I am so sorry I may not be there. Lourdes's spirit and grace will be embedded in my mind and heart always. I will be lighting a candle in her memory.
